Tonight we gather to mourn and to testify. To testify against Israeli occupation barbarism, against the silence of Germany, against the complicity of Germany in the daily crimes Israel is committing in Gaza.
Tonight we gather to mourn and to testify. To testify against Israeli occupation barbarism, against the silence of Germany, against the complicity of Germany in the daily crimes Israel is committing in Gaza.
This morning, Israel bombed the Nasser Medical Complex in Gaza. They struck the Hospital, then returned minutes later to strike it again and again. Doctors, paramedics, civil defence workers, journalists — all deliberately targeted by Israel as they rushed to save lives from the first Israeli occupation strike.
Among the martyrs:
And with them, Dr. Mohammed Al-Habibi and civil defence worker Imad Abdel Hakim Al-Shaer — along with others killed live on air as they tried to recover the bodies from the first bombing.
This massacre was carried out with political cover from the West, from political cover from Germany. It was carried out with the words of German politicians echoing in Israeli war rooms. And with “Made in Germany” weapons.
When Annalena Baerbock declared in the Bundestag that Gaza’s hospitals “can lose their protective status because fighter might be there,” she gave Israel permission to bomb the sick and the wounded. She gave legitimacy to war crimes. Her words were a direct weapon, no less deadly than the missiles themselves.
Germany provides the bombs, the justification, and the lies.
Baerbock, Scholz, Friedrich Merz, and every politician who has justified this genocide are complicit. Their hands are soaked with the blood of the Palestinians. And their words will follow them into every chamber of justice, every page of history.
Journalist Mariam Abu Dagga was not a “terrorist.” She didn’t hold a weapon. She was a daughter who once gave her kidney to save her father. She witnessed the killing of her beloved husband by the hands of Israel criminal army. Mariam, a fearless journalist who stood beside Journalist Hassan Aslih from the first day of the genocide. Although Israel constantly threatened them, they did not put down their cameras — they kept documenting Israel’s crimes. Mariam was also a mother who lived for her only son, Ghaith.
Her will to her son should pierce every conscience in this country:
“Ghaith, you are the heart and soul of your mother. I want you to pray for me, not cry over me. I want you to live up to your potential, to succeed, to marry, and to name your daughter Maryam after me. You are my love, my soul, my son in whom I take pride. Remember: your prayers, then your prayers, then your prayers.”
This is who Israel killed. This is who Germany helped erase. This is who Baerbock gave permission to murder.
Germany cannot wash its hands of this blood. The bombs, the excuses, the silence — all belong to Germany.
And to Baerbock , Scholz and Merz we say directly: we will not forget. You will not bury these crimes beneath parliamentary speeches. We will carry the memory of Mariam, of Hossam, of Ahmed, of Mohammed, of Moaz, of Dr. Mohammed, of Imad — and every martyr — until the day you face justice.
You speak boldly when you defend genocide. You will face justice just as boldly. You, and every war-criminal cheerleader in the German government.
To the free people here, let your humanity become action. Stand for all of Palestine — free, sovereign, unbroken and end Zionism for once and for all. Join or organise actions targeting companies on German soil selling weapons labeled “Made in Germany.” Protest in front of them. In Kiel, Ulm, Kassel, Köln…
