Dear Presidential Office,
I saw that the student group Students for Palestine sent you a letter asking about the complicity of the university's projects and collaborations in the ongoing war/destruction of Gaza and Palestinian society.
I think this is a really important topic to address, especially given the censorship in German media and public discourse. I understand that this also makes it a very difficult issue to speak on. But I believe our whole university community would appreciate it if the university makes more space for this important topic that dominates our news.
I hope you can soon respond to this letter publicly and host open discussions on the topic. Especially on the university's connection to war developments.
